IMPLANTS

Through computerized planning or a preliminary periapical and panoramic radiograph, we plan for the optimum treatment for your specific needs. All treatment plans are customized so patient can understand the available treatment options.
PATIENT ONE

BEFORE
AFTER
Combination of an implant restoration with porcelain veneers is extremely complex because the different materials provide different translucency. Detail management of soft tissues are critical.
PATIENT TWO

BEFORE
AFTER
Replacing a missing tooth with an implant requires meticulous planning for an esthetic and healthy outcome.
PATIENT THREE

BEFORE
AFTER
Three dimensional planning enables to provide proper treatment. Implant must be placed in the correct position and if needed, augment the deficient bone with a bone graft.
PATIENT FOUR

BEFORE
AFTER
Multiple implants placed and properly spaced to create crowns that reproduce natural contours and enables the patient to maintain proper hygiene and function.
PATIENT FIVE

BEFORE
AFTER
Only proper technique to connect natural teeth and implants. Telescopic crown made and tapped to accommodate a screw in order to have the entire prosthesis screw-retained.
PATIENT SIX

BEFORE
AFTER
Implant placed too far buccal. Prosthetic correction made with a custom abutment and crown reproducing natural contours and esthetics.
PATIENT SEVEN

BEFORE
AFTER
Patient with a medical condition that created resorption on all teeth. It’s meticulous replacement required extreme detailed planning and execution. Treatment took 17 years to complete.
PATIENT EIGHT

BEFORE
AFTER
Replacing a single missing tooth with an implant requires careful planning for the implant placement , great communication with the laboratory to obtain a natural esthetic outcome.
PATIENT NINE

BEFORE
AFTER
Replacing an extracted molar requires the selection of the best implant for the specific site. Precise placement enables the creation of a crown that reproduces proper tooth contours for ideal hygiene and maintenance.
PATIENT TEN

BEFORE
AFTER
Upper full arch reconstruction replacing all failing teeth with implants.
PATIENT ELEVEN

BEFORE
AFTER
Replacing a missing molar with an implant requires proper selection of the implant and placement. If not done properly, proper maintenance can be compromised.
PATIENT TWELVE

BEFORE
AFTER
Poorly placed implant required complex customizing of the abutment to create an esthetic crown that match the adjacent tooth.
PATIENT THIRTEEN

BEFORE
AFTER
6 lower anterior teeth had hopeless prognosis. After the extraction, they were replaced with implants and a porcelain fused to gold bridge reproducing natural esthetics.
PATIENT FOURTEEN

BEFORE
AFTER
Lower right canine had internal resorption and a hopeless prognosis. After being extracted, and an implant supported crown reproduce a healthy environment and esthetics.
PATIENT FIFTEEN

BEFORE
AFTER
Patient born with a congenitally missing upper left central incisor. After extensive orthodontics, an implant was placed, and patient is thrilled to be able to smile. A dream came through for the extremely appreciative patient! Treatment took 11 years to complete.
PATIENT SIXTEEN

BEFORE
AFTER
All upper implants integrated in bone but improperly placed. Customizing all components enable to complete the upper reconstruction (screw-retained) that enable the patient to chew and smile.
PATIENT SEVENTEEN

Hopeless central incisor needs to be removed but the receding gums create a cosmetic challenge. With proper planning, meticulous surgical and prosthetic treatment, the patient has regain dental health and can confidently smile again.
PATIENT EIGHTEEN

Implant placed too far buccal, long unesthetic provisional and extremely irritated gums around the implant. Final crown implant supported reproducing ideal esthetics with surrounding healthy periodontal tissues.
PATIENT NINETEEN

Hopeless teeth extracted and replaced with implants. Full lower arch reconstruction with zirconia porcelain is implant supported, screw retained prosthesis. Function has been restored with an esthetic outcome.
PATIENT TWENTY

Implant replacing a missing tooth is too far buccal. Final crown (porcelain fused to gold) has a custom abutment, and it is retained with a horizontal screw. Natural esthetic and healthy contours in harmony with adjacent teeth.
PATIENT TWENTY ONE

Tooth with resorption has a hopeless prognosis and is being replaced with an implant. Screw-retained crown provides stability and retrievability when desired. Esthetic outcome matching adjacent tooth.
PATIENT TWENTY TWO

Esthetic requirements for replacing a missing anterior tooth requires meticulous planning and execution. Precise communication with the surgeon and laboratory technician leads to outstanding results.
PATIENT TWENTY THREE - ONE

Congenitally missing upper lateral incisors. Adjacent teeth/ roots do not allow for implant placement unless orthodontic treatment is completed. Once the roots are in the proper position, the implants are placed, crowns completed in a healthy environment where the patient can confidently smile again.
PATIENT TWENTY THREE - TWO

Once the roots are in the proper position after orthodontic treatment, the implants are placed. Crowns completed in a healthy environment where the patient can confidently smile again.
PATIENT TWENTY FOUR

Hopeless upper central incisor with no buccal bone and soft tissue surrounding the root. After orthodontic and surgical treatment (implant replacing the extracted tooth), a healthy peri-implant environment is created and the patient can confidently smile again.
PATIENT TWENTY FIVE

Upper canine had a vertical fracture and was extracted. Replaced with an implant and restored with a porcelain fused to gold screw-retained crown.
PATIENT TWENTY SIX

Unhappy patient had Maryland bridges ( resin bonded retainers) with improper contours, esthetics and kept falling out. After orthodontic treatment, the roots were placed in the proper position to allow for the replacement of the congenitally missing upper lateral incisors with implants and screw-retained crowns. The healthy and esthetic outcome was for the patient a wish that came through.
PATIENT TWENTY SEVEN

A failing bridge was removed, and the missing tooth was replaced with an implant. Natural function, health and esthetics were created. Patient is very happy with the ability to normally floss again.
PATIENT TWENTY EIGHT

Internal resorption most of the times cannot be predicably treated. When the tooth is extracted, there is almost always bone loss and soft tissue collapse. Rebuilding the lost bone and supporting soft tissues, allows with proper planning and execution, for the placement of an implant with a crown that reproduces esthetics and helps patient regain confidence.
PATIENT TWENTY NINE

Upper failing dentition replaced with implants. Bone grafting under the sinuses allowed for implant placement to support the full upper arch prosthesis. Proper implant location enables the prosthesis to have correct anatomical contours for ideal function and proper hygiene being maintenance.
PATIENT THIRTY

Uncommon to find a patient that has congenitally missing both upper lateral incisors and canines. With such challenge, patient completed unsuccessful orthodontic treatment twice and the remaining space was not ideal for the replacement of the 4 teeth. After 2 implants were placed and bonding, the patient is able to confidently smile again.
PATIENT THIRTY ONE

Failing teeth supporting a bridge had to be extracted and replaced with implants. Properly placed, enable the reproduction of normal contours. Implants were prosthetically splinted due to soft bone.
PATIENT THIRTY TWO

After incurring an accident and losing the four upper anterior teeth, 4 implants were placed, and patient was not happy with the implant placement and provisional. Seeking a second opinion, a final prosthesis implant supported allowed the patient to function and confidently smile.
PATIENT THIRTY THREE - ONE

Failing dentition requires teeth to be extracted while they have shifted due to bone loss. After bone grafting and meticulous planning, implants were placed. Through CBCT(3D planning), a digital wax-up determined the best prosthetic position for the implants based on bone availability and final prosthetic design.
PATIENT THIRTY THREE - TWO

A titanium bar and zirconia bridge were created for an implant screw-retained prosthesis.
PATIENT THIRTY FOUR

Due to trauma and extreme mobility, both upper central incisors had to be extracted and replaced with implants. Excellent esthetics is achieved when the soft tissue around the implants is properly managed and the laboratory technician creates a natural looking restoration and matches the color of the adjacent teeth.
PATIENT THIRTY FIVE

After the teeth incurred trauma, their replacement with natural looking crowns never pleased the patient. The teeth required to be extracted and replaced with implants. Tissue molding with the provisionals created the guidelines to create healthy and natural looking crowns implant supported.
PATIENT THIRTY SIX

The implant was placed too far buccal and through custom abutment, the implant was restored to a natural, esthetic, and healthy color and contours.
PATIENT THIRTY SEVEN

Posterior upper teeth with hopeless prognosis (no supporting bone) and lower right implant failing with proximity to the nerve. Posterior reconstruction with calvarium bone, full upper arch reconstruction, and lower right implant reconstruction.
