PATIENT ONE
An unhappy patient with the esthetics of the upper denture and lower hopeless dentition. With 3-dimensional planning, implants were placed the same day teeth were extracted and a fixed-non removable provisional was delivered. After 3 months, the implants were integrated into the bone, the final prosthesis completed and a new denture was delivered so the patient could properly eat and smile.
PATIENT TWO
An unhappy patient wearing a full upper denture was frustrated with the denture and esthetics. A conversion when implants were placed, the same day had the full upper arch restored with screw-retained provisional. After 4 months, the final upper prosthesis was completed.
